福島は低線量および低線量率で健康被害をすべての県民は受けません。２０ｋｍ圏内へも帰還できます。これが科学会議SAMRAI2014の結論です。　
ＳＡＭＲＡＩ２０１４が，衆議院第一議員会館で成功裏に開催されたことを、お知らせします。一般、科学者技術者、報道、国会議員、官僚、２４０人が参加し、真剣に討議し、福島および日本、そして人類文明のこれからについて討議しました。みなさんのご支援とご声援に感謝申しあげます。ありがとうございました。

All of the residents in Fukushima are not subject to health damage due to the radiation of low-dose and low dose rate. Of course, evacuees from the 20km zone can go home without health risk. This is the conclusion of the science conference SAMRAI2014.
SAMRAI2014 was held successfully in the House of Representatives first Congressman Hall　on March 24 2015. 　Two hundred and forty people such general public, scientists, engineers, journalists, parliamentarians, bureaucracy participated and seriously discussed about low radiation doses on Fukushima. We would like to thank everyone for your support and your encouragement.
The conclusion and proposal to the Japanese government with extended abstracts are uploaded on this page.It should be noted that the document of the conclusions and recommendations, has been handed to Wataru Takeshita reconstruction minister.
